Well, there are a couple of places you could go to and find #mowse on IRC (which stands for Internet Relay Chat). Both rooms of which I consider to be very silly.
The first server is the United Christian Chat Network.
The second server is the Christian Chat Network.
On both of these websites is a "chat now" link to click on if you prefer to chat via website.

The IRC address for UCCN is irc.unitedchristianchat.net (port 6667)
The IRC address for CCNet is irc.christian-chat.net (ports 6667-7000)
When you are at either server, type /join #mowse and you will be there! I am usually there as mowse.
